Inspired Leadership

Inspired Leadership is leadership which focuses on three main concepts; it involves a full understanding of Psychology, Systems and Spirituality.  The inspired leader lives at the intersection of understanding and utilizing these three points. 

         In our work as Executive Coaches over the last 10 years, we have become keenly aware of the challenges facing individuals and the organizations in which they work.  The common theme that has arisen from our work with these divergent groups is a sense of being worn out and worn down ~ a far cry from the inspired leader they once envisioned themselves becoming.  Clients enlist our services because they are worn down by their inability to effectively influence  . . . their Boards, their boss, their teams, their colleagues, their subordinates, their workplace.  The complex relationship that currently exists between employers and employees, managers and staff, Boards and executive managers and similar relationships that are based on the pursuit of a common goal (despite power discrepancies) has spawned this new profession, that of Executive Coach.  Our job (if we chose to accept it) is to provide direction, suggestions, encouragement and enough challenge to help their clients manage these complexities in a way that brings about personal and organizational success.     

We have spent the bulk of our time working with individuals (real life “leaders” from CEO’s to entry level staff) helping them to reclaim their inspiration and their professional power in their workplace, so that they can effectively influence their individual success and the success of their organization. 

When each individual becomes an inspired leader the result is a company of individuals who share in the creation of a forward thinking, stable, profitable organization that is prepared to face any and all challenges with integrity, ingenuity and intelligence.
